Hello to all,

when I started asking professors and researchers I met at meetings and conferences for suggestions for possible future directions, professor Kardar was very enlightening in addressing me to the NECSI community and web site. I immediately started reading available papers and other documents and I realized that this is the community I would like to be part of. I soon became a member and I plan to attend the next coming conference.
